Where is the Rink located?
The Rink at Royal Oak is located in Centennial Commons, right across from the entrance to the Royal Oak Public Library. Centennial Commons is located at 221 E 3rd St, Royal Oak, MI 48067.
How much does it cost to skate?
Skating at the Rink is $10 on the weekdays, Monday - Friday before 6pm.
Friday after 6pm, Saturday and Sunday, the skate pass will be $12.
Skate Rentals are $5.
When are you open?
The Rink at Royal Oak will be operational from November 21st, 2024 to February 16th, 2025. (Subject to change depending on weather.)

Where should I park?
The City of Royal Oak’s 11 Mile Road parking structure is steps away from the skating rink. Parking is free for the first two hours and .75 an hour in the parking garage. There are entrances on 2nd Street and 11 Mile Road, The address is 110 E Eleven Mile Rd, Royal Oak, MI 48067.
Is there a discount for Royal Oak Residents?
Yes! Royal Oak Residents receive $2 Tuesdays! Skate for only $2 on Tuesdays through December 17th. Just present your ID at the Skate House for a $2 skating wristband.
What sizes are rental skates available in? Can I bring my own?
Rental skates are available for $5 in sizes 9 & up for kids and up to size 14 for adults. You are allowed to bring your own skates if you would like.
Do you have skate assist?
Yes, there are skate assist for those who need them. They are a first come, first serve basis.
What type of payment does The Rink accept?
The Rink will accept payments via cash, credit, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
